Crash course in majority vote studies. Holding vote is basically irrelevant since roughly half the caucus just said the results don't matter if they lose. We think the other half will now say, wow, bummer for us, guess we have to back the side that just said results don't matter?Rule of law (which, after all, are only rules)? Or rule of the mob? Which is, after all, never rule by majority, but only by the loudest. Which, by definition, is a minority.
