The judge said they would take both the first 2 days and the last 2 days of Passover off.

The judge is taking every Wednesday off.

No other defendant in the country would get coddled like this.

I’m not even touching the issue of what God Jews pray to. I’m sure she and Trump are equally ignorant there, too.

The Trump campaign is bringing up the Passover issue because they believe that Orthodox Jews in NYC are mostly Trump supporters so they want some on the jury. That was on right wing social media yesterday.

Reading between the lines, what Merchan was saying is if you stop violating the gag order, behave yourself in the courtroom, stop filing frivolous motions, mark exhibits as ordered, don’t constantly make excuses to delay, & show up on time, I’ll consider your graduation request.
