Bannon went on to say the anti-Sharia position won on the ballot in Texas. He failed to clarify that was on the GOP primary ballot, not a general ballot. It was just a sort of “poll,” meaning nothing. And besides, more Democrats voted in the primary than Republicans.

And Democrats didn’t have that nonsense on their ballot.

Dan Patrick is already freaking out that Democrats might regain control of the Legislature this year. Despite what Bannon thinks, the fear of Sharia law is a laughing matter in Texas.
