As I understand the Senate rules, I don't think you'll have the votes to authorize testimony be compelled from Schiff, the Bidens (what facts do they bring to your "perfect" phone call?) or Pelosi. McConnell doesn't seem that interested in turning the Senate trial into a clown show.
