If they can manage it on the shadow docket then, yeah, sure.Maxwell appealed to the Supreme Court and Trump. If Trump can get his Supreme Court to pardon Maxwell then it will take the heat off him for giving her a pardon. He can say it was up to the court…… (and we know who controls the court)
