She is refusing to testify until the Supreme Court hears her case and Trump grants her immunity from future criminal charges (i.e., a pardon), or just a full pardon for everything she’s done or may testify to having done.
Why would she ever tell the truth, and how would we know?
It is worth noting the lead prosecutor of Maxwell was fired, by Trump. And anyone left who worked on that case had better keep their heads down or already have an exit strategy. They aren’t likely to be called as witnesses before Congress. After all, that isn’t the point.
Just what is the point, is still inexplicable.
I certainly believe she's got a copy of everything Epstein had, what with her connections through her father to several (at least) intelligence services, certainly to Israel, very likely Russia, not to mention Britain and the US that would have been something she learned at her daddy's knee as her favorite. It's certainly no accident that his as mysterious "death" happened on the "Lady Ghislaine" She's been biding her time for just the right occasion to let Trump and who knows who else - I've heard speculation about at least one Supreme Court "justice" - she's got video of raping children.
ReplyDeleteWhat an irony that all that Q-Anon stuff was being spread by Republicans when the real thing was right there being kept under wraps by the Do"j". I think the "rules" were being used to protect the same rich, white, straight men that the "rules" have always allowed to get away with every crime that applies to all others.
Why, then, would they want her to talk? Not arguing, just trying to see the endgame here. I don’t think Comer and Trump and the GOP can see it. I don’t know what she has beyond her testimony, which is worthless. She’s as big a liar as Trump, and probably as pathological. Does Trump give her immunity and a pardon and then find out she doesn’t help him with what she has to say? I mean, what if nobody believes her?
ReplyDeleteThese idiots all deserve each other. And maybe we, the people, should reconsider our opposition to a woman as POTUS. Because we sure as shit don’t deserve this. Too many of us made the wrong decision, but the system is what screwed us. How many people said “Please give us these choices, and no others”? Or demanded this Congress, in toto? Or this farce of a Supreme Court?
