No, I’m Never Going To Get Tired…

...of holding Justice Kavanaugh figuratively by the nose and kicking him figuratively in his racist ass. Why do you ask?

He needs to amend his exceptions to the 4th amendment as applied in the LA area (he defined it, not me) to include “in or near Mexican restaurants.” Because “those people” are found there, too, donchaknow? And it’s really not a 4th amendment violation to point a rifle at a pregnant U.S. citizen just because she was in a car outside a Mexican restaurant. According to Justice Kavanaugh, anyway.

Even if it is, she can always sue, right? That’s in line with 4th amendment jurisprudence, right? Well, if it’s not, it should be.

More and more I have less and less use for that racist little cracker.
"Obedience must of course be secured for the command of a court. . . . But courts should be explicit and precise in their commands and should only then be strict in exacting compliance. To be both strict and indefinite is a kind of judicial tyranny."

#SCOTUS Justice Felix Frankfurter, February 1949
"Explicit and precise” are not the alpha and omega of the matter. Justice Sotomayor told Colbert last night that the Court needs to issue written opinions, both to make the ruling binding in other cases, and to legitimize the ruling. She also said Court opinions need to be read, to understand the arguments.

I read Kavanaugh’s concurrence. I understand it. He’s a dim-witted racist little cracker stupid enough to say out loud what the rest of the majority was satisfied to leave behind the silence of the shadow docket.
