“True Strength Is Shown In Serving Life”

Those who pray are aware of their own limitations; they do not kill or threaten with death. Instead, death enslaves those who have turned their backs on the living God, turning themselves and their own power into a mute, blind and deaf idol (Ps 115:4–8), to which they sacrifice every value, demanding that the whole world bend its knee. Enough of the idolatry of self and money! Enough of the display of power! Enough of war! True strength is shown in serving life. #Peace

What? On the first day? The better to deny responsibility. It certainly has nothing to do with serving life. UPDATE: THAT’S IT? That’s fucking it? 16 hours, and go home? Do we have no competent, qualified negotiators in the State Department? People who do this for a living, know what they are doing, and don’t have to stay in America to be sent to funerals as needed?

  1. I'm with those who say if only the Iranians had been willing to outbid the Saudis in paying off Kuschner and Witkoff they could have gotten whatever they asked for. Vance would have gone along with whatever they bought. Maybe the next round.
I'm going to keep pushing the truth that THIS! is what the Ivy Law trained lawyers on the Supreme Court imagined their unitary executive got us instead of the merely Reagan levels of theft, grift, terrorism and corruption that, no doubt, Roberts was expecting. Truly, when you go into something that is based purely in the imagination, as is common with those who adopt and maintain a "judicial philosophy" do, it will have no useful connection to any accurate prediction of the result except that you can count on it to be corrupt and, not infrequently, stupid.
