Gee, I seem to have heard that even a presidential pardon couldn't stop a civil action to recover money and yet Blanche seems to believe that he's got the authority to do that as an acting AG? Though, at this point in the progress of the Republican-fascist, unitary executive, "originalist," "textualist" dominated "Constitutional order" nothing would surprise me in the most unpleasant way.
