Some more facts; reporters have started to dig into the voter registrations and there are more registered Republicans than Democrats among the 28. That’s likely just a coincidence though, as there is no grand “voter fraud” conspiracy. https://t.co/TqsCn6zbXK

This is a perfect example of why “voter mistake” is often more accurate than “voter fraud.” There is no sign of any fraudulent intent involved; the guy seems to have genuinely believed he could vote, and the government officials who should have stopped him failed to do so.

The admin's attorneys also told Nevada that they had confirmed that 185 people on the state's voter rolls were noncitizens, and when Nevada took those names and did its own investigations, it turned out the admin got 100% wrong. Their record isn't great. https://t.co/m12uoJd1M7 https://t.co/OWoVsSgXtl

And when it isn’t, it can’t be prosecuted. The Administration is not winning; it’s floundering. All these headlines are too little, too late, and irrelevant. Essayli (who announced the arrests) is an Alina Habba: an improperly appointed AAG who has already been declared invalid by the court, which means whatever his office touched under his tenure is invalid, too. That will include all the people arrested in this week’s “raids.”None of the people charged in California were "illegal aliens." Not one. And I have written before about cases where undocumented immigrants have voted; it's even MORE rare and often involves stolen identities which wouldn't be caught by Voter ID. https://t.co/wk4h3hCJwu
