Three word phrase for "King"

These are probably not some of the "rules" AG Barr is worried about:

But they should be:

How, exactly, are Trump's comments justified by the "unitary executive theory"?  Except that the latter is a three word euphemism for "absolute monarch"?

  1. Unitary executive, created out of some of the stupider things said by Hamilton and others of the "founders" will always, now, risk turning quickly into this kind of gangster-fascist thuggery. It has to be totally discredited then removed from the Constitution with no legalistic poetics but in explicit, clear, something you teach kids in fifth grade language. Barr is a mob lawyer, he has been his entire career, the legal elite (Mueller, for Pete's sake) have coexisted with that kind of thuggery for at least the past thirty years. Some of the most elite of Harvard Law faculty have been pushing that kind of gangster-fascism in legal journals for ages.

It's time to give this stuff all of the discreditable association that identifying it with mobster criminality that it, in reality, is. None of this should be seen as credible enough to get its proponents through a confirmation hearing.

I think it is essential to give the House confirmation responsibilities since they are subject to the garbage that regularly gets through the Senate.
