What is a Supreme Court Justice doing on "Fox & Friends"? If it were "Today" show or whatever show CBS has in the morning, it would be the same question.
Since when do Supreme Court justices do "happy-talk" interviews? Or any federal judge, for that matter?
Adding: I do wonder how many Americans in 2019 even know who "Judge Judy" is? Those un-real reality shows reached their apogee in 2015. They've all but disappeared 4 years later. And I can remember 50+ years ago most Americans couldn't name the Chief Justice of the Warren court, even as billboards went up demanding his impeachment. The more things change....

If 10% of Americans are that stupid the mass media which is where most Americans get what they believe is the reason that that number of people don't know that and the Supreme Court's "free speech" style of crap that allows the mass media to fill the minds of Americans with "disinformation" is the ultimate reason for that. Yet such people blame the victims of that intentional dumbing down of the minds of Americans. Snobbery is more than 50% of oligarchy, both in motives and M.O.
