A Class Action. Of Course.

It’s being funded by America First Policy Institute, a group that exists solely to support Trump. But it’s still not a serious lawsuit. The class action is just to make it bigger than it looks, but actually easier to dismiss. At some point you have to establish the validity of the class, which is harder than establishing individual injury.

But this isn’t a serious lawsuit; it’s a fundraiser aimed at the rubes. With Trump, isn’t that everything he does?
