Little Donnie Is Big Mad Again

Or that’s going to let people say things Trump doesn’t like: Consequences for disobeying an order in the military can be more serious than insubordination in a private employer context, but who doubts you cannot be ordered to commit a crime? And if you are, you have grounds for a wrongful termination suit. I’m sure establishing the military order was illegal, would be a defense as well. Not to say these are not fraught decisions, but it’s perfectly legal to tell people what their legal rights are.
