Pretty sure it was Trump who said Congress members should face the death penalty and reposted a demand they be hanged. Much more violent language than this:Which is basically what the Congress members said. Do we need to burn West Point to the ground, because “sedition”?I guess it’s a good thing we were so concerned about the right to speak our opinions being outlawed by a ruling class that we guaranteed it by making it the very first amendment in our Bill of Rights when we formed the country. pic.twitter.com/Nio6mZO477

As long as they think like Trump, right?⚡️JUST NOW AT FORT CAMPBELL: “We don't just want people who mindlessly follow orders. We want people who think."

WHOOPSY — VP JD Vance seems to back up the Dems (veterans) who said the military shouldn’t obey illegal orders, which Trump said they should be executed for. pic.twitter.com/8F1NVlxiG2
Don’t forget that *Trump’s own lawyer’s argument* to the Supreme Court in the immunity case was that the check on the President using his immunity to order criminal acts was that those under him would not follow illegal orders. Now it’s a crime for lawmakers to remind servicemembers of that?John Roberts & Co. have a lot to answer for, too. The New Yorker review of the two books on Trump’s federal trials notes Roberts was reportedly angry when Trump was arrested. Angry because a President was being treated like a criminal. It never occurred to him that was BECAUSE Trump was a criminal. As is his entire Administration, right down to ICE/BP agents. Roberts should have been more concerned about how the fish rots from the head down.
