Trump is doing exactly what I expected. Giving America his stump speech that makes 2020-2024 sound like a hellscape rivaling the worst conditions of any country on the planet.
It’s so patently absurd he sounds like he’s simultaneously sundowning and on speed. I mean, he’s getting faster and faster, and TALKING IN ALL CAPS.
He’s still blaming Biden, just to make himself sound better. And he’s turning manic. Over 1000 450 thousand…1 million 450,000 military personnel are going to get a bonus. A “warrior dividend” of $1776, presumably from the DOD budget.
Well, there’s fewer of them than there are of us. I guess we don’t get our $2000. Shrug
And drugs will be going 400-500-600%.
You’re going to get money to buy health insurance and get better healthcare at a much lower cost. This sounds like a late night tv ad. Who’s going to sell this cheaper insurance, and why?
Immigrants and Somalians have stolen money, and government was corrupt before Trump came along.
💩
He ranted like drunk Grandpa at Thxgiving, speaking faster and faster and louder and louder. Somebody finally flashed a light off camera and he slowed down so he could stop.
Sure sounded that way. I truly wonder how many analysts will notice the raw racism on display from the POTUS in a national TV address. So Trump’s big primetime “address to the nation” is just him struggling to read a psychotic script full of lies written by Stephen Miller about how great he is.

Yup.Sometimes when I listen to Trump speak I think he is well on his way to dementia.
— Ron Filipkowski (@RonFilipkowski) December 18, 2025
Other times I think he’s on something.
Then I think it’s just because his vocabulary is very limited and he struggling to read someone else’s words.
But most of the time I think it’s all 3.
Law of diminishing returns. So every time Trump claims he has a major primetime announcement the networks will give him free live airtime to give a MAGA rally speech?

Sums it up, pretty much. pic.twitter.com/ffDrIUxpaU

Also true. That speech could have just been one of his weird tweets

Many are saying that was a better speech than the Gettysburg Address.

Trump didn’t exactly refute the “personality of an alcoholic” allegations tonight

Raskin: And indeed the economy was the envy of the world. And Trump has turned it into ruins. This manic scrambling episode of firing a bunch of phony statistics at people is a reflection of the fact that the country understands that completely, and they understand the president… pic.twitter.com/cMW9CySjwV

This manic scrambling episode of firing a bunch of phony statistics at people is a reflection of the fact that the country understands that completely, and they understand the president has made a hash out of everything with his terrible, unconstitutional tariffs
All due to how awesome Trump is.Raskin: If he and Stephen Miller really had their way… we would see a collapse of a whole bunch of sectors… There were no plans. There were no programs. There were no policy proposals. There's nothing out there. It was it was just a bunch of meaningless rhetoric. pic.twitter.com/eydeivIiku

Now I want somebody saying it in meatspace.Full on neo-Nazi conspiracy theories from the president tonight — the very same invasion and replacement conspiracy theories that have fueled a cycle of deadly violence targeting so many communities including immigrants, Jews, Latinos, the Black community, Muslims, and more. https://t.co/35pFVAOKTs

What we just watched was a desperate plea from a delusional man obsessed with his own image watching his popularity crater.

Any American can see his terrible domestic and economic policies have wreaked havoc on our country and instead of changing course, the President is trying… https://t.co/F1xbHSEm2G
What we just watched was a desperate plea from a delusional man obsessed with his own image watching his popularity crater. Any American can see his terrible domestic and economic policies have wreaked havoc on our country and instead of changing course, the President is trying to change reality. The American people know the Trump economy isn't working for them. No amount of shouting or blustering from Trump will change that.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating.🥣Mark Kelly: "There are so many 30-year-olds like my daughter who can't afford a home…and this president is doing nothing to address it. He's kicking out the workforce that makes the homes and he's raising tariffs on lumber from Canada, so housing is becoming more unaffordable." pic.twitter.com/p9h5nTkUFy

I had no idea Gingrich was so delusional.Gingrich: I believe President Trump showed tonight that he's prepared to be disciplined… if I were a Democrat, tonight would leave me very unnerved. pic.twitter.com/e73vzXF5CS
