The report in the fight is at least concrete. Or verifiable. The rest of the post is pure gibberish.

“MFN” status has nothing to do with drug prices. But Trump just learned the term; soon he’ll be claiming he invented it, that nobody used it before he did. And again, Trump doesn’t even have a handshake deal with drug makers. They can nod along to anything delusional Grandpa says because he’ll convince himself it’s true, and they don’t have to take 1 cent in loss. Trump’ll never know the difference.

Aren’t we glad the price of eggs is down? 92% lower, according to him! And who’s going to convince him otherwise?
