Who's In Charge of This Chicken Outfit?


"Delay collection of payroll taxes" is not the same thing as reducing the amount of taxes owed.  Wouldn't a delay only be legal (i.e., Constitutional) if the taxes not collected now, were collected later?  And wouldn't it be more of a drag on the economy to collect those taxes when people were working again?  Because the delay can't be indefinite (again, the Constitution).

And since landlords are not government agencies, what power does the Executive have to impose a moratorium on evictions that would have the actual force of law?  I can see about 50 states with lawsuits firing on all cylinders before the ink is dry on that one.

"Unspent money already appropriated by Congress?"  So we're gonna build the wall II: Electric Boogaloo?
