46% of Texas voters had voted as of Monday. That's an almost 4 point increase over the previous Friday. Early voting ends this Friday. Harris County, the most populous county in the state, is keeping polls open from 7 a.m. Thursday morning through 7 p.m. Friday (10/29-10/30). The turnout so far is a record turnout, and I don't see why it won't hit 50% by Friday.Remarkable: at least 69 million Americans have cast ballots so far, equal to roughly half the total turnout in the 2016 election.
