He's a Harvard produce, surprise, surprise, he's got an MA from the Kennedy School of Government and a PhD in Economics from there, too. Apparently they didn't teach such things as who runs elections in the US. The irony of that is that the greatest leap in ensuring fair elections in places like Georgia, the Voting Rights Act was gutted by the Roberts Court. I want it revived for the entire country.
