Or even "America's Mayor"?They discussed it as recently as last week, as Giuliani has become the most vocal booster of the president's spurious claims of election fraud https://t.co/zU6xUpoDBf

Asking for a friend.Giuliani also claimed his request for $20,000 a day from the campaign wasn’t true. It was in writing.

There is a question as to whether Giuliani is Trump's lawyer, or the campaign's lawyer. He's appeared in court on behalf of the campaign, but conflicts of interest in that relationship are certainly possible. Who does he serve? Trump? or the Trump campaign? And yeah, he's pretty much trod all over attorney/client privilege here. But that privilege goes to the client, not the attorney; it's not for Giuliani to waive it.Giuliani’s spokeswoman: “Mayor Giuliani cannot comment on any discussions that he has with his client.” Giuliani on Twitter: That discussion didn’t happen. https://t.co/J1N0pFd7hm

The least of his problems, actually. But not a federal matter, either. Trump can't pardon it, except by not drawing Giuliani up by the short hairs.
