WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!
Anybody really think it goes differently when real persons have to use their real names to throw the election to Trump by really ignoring the vote count in state after state after state? And then the lawsuits to enforce the will of the people over the will of the bureaucrats?
And no, voting for it in joint session still isn’t the same thing as being responsible for fucking with the foundational operation of a democracy. Especially if the effort doesn’t work, you don’t want your name attached to it. As we are seeing very clearly.
We need a firmer foundation for democracy, direct election of the president, the elections for the federal offices not in the hands of state officials. I think we should hire Elections Canada to run them, they have a better track record than we do.
