Instead, Bannon lawyers cited a lawsuit filed by former President Trump against the committee, asking for a one-week delay. The panel considered that lawsuit "immaterial," witness Kristin Amerling testifies, and ultimately proceeded with the contempt resolution. 20/x

Corcoran shows the witness a document (which may be notes of her interview with the FBI) but it says nothing about when Kristin Amerling signed the "proof of service" form for the Bannon subpoena, or what if anything she told the FBI about that, so Corcoran moves on. 26/x

Corcoran asks if the witness has first-hand knowledge if Steve Bannon has any documents responsive to the subpoena, and Kristin Amerling says she has "no basis" for knowing that given the lack of information from Bannon. We're now taking a lunch break. 27/x

Honestly not seeing a whole lot of value for the money, here. Jury may conclude Bannon is wasting their time, too. Speaking of the jury:
