There’s also the question of measurable harm. Cancer and heart disease are easier to identify, quantify, and establish causation. Ideas? Like “danger to democracy” or “threat to the republic”? The left says that’s the right, the right blames the left. We could (finally) connect cancer to tobacco. We can’t even decide what the problem is, much less establish a necessary connection between cause and effect; not in a civil suit, anyway.
