Some more discrimination to add to the racism and antisemitism. Wellness programs primarily benefit older workers, as do training programs that keep older workers up to date. Daycare benefits help women and moderately older workers, most college educated workers at a place like Twitter won't start having children until at least there later 20's if not 30's. Musk wants all those folks to quit so he can fill the ranks with 20 somethings and visa workers. The visa workers can be treated like slaves, and Musk can engage in the fantasy that a bunch on recent computer grads will work 80 hours a week where all the benefits go to him.
