If they don’t lose the motion for summary judgment, the trial is going to be brutal. But making this public? I doubt that many FoxNews fans are on Twitter. The ones that are will treat this as fake news.

There is no silver bullet. There is no point when the scales fall from the eyes, when every ear shall hear and every eye see the same thing.

Hell, the NYT survived the pusillanimity of Jeff Gerth and the naïveté of Judith Miller.  And the NYT is a legitimate news organization.

The only people who think FoxNews is legitimate or news won’t lose their faith over this.
