#Helene is getting closer. The winds are rising and the rain is getting heavy. We expect to lose power later tonight. (Trust me, it's a Tallahassee thing.)

The path is now well east of Tallahassee, but we're praying for friends in the Big Bend down to Cedar Key.
I mean:Our thoughts are with the people of Florida today, especially the Big Bend area, as well as Tallahassee, Atlanta, GA, and Asheville, NC. Hurricane Helen's storm surge is deemed "unsurvivable." Please heed evacuation orders, check on the vulnerable, and take care of one another.
