No matter who wins or loses on Tuesday, I will never not stop being mad at Joe Biden and Merrick Garland for allowing Trump to face the electorate this week without having seen the inside of a courtroom for his crimes on, and ahead of, January 6th.

Two years of investigation fights. And then SCOTUS took 8 months to invent immunity for Trump and return the case to the trial court 3 months before Election Day with orders to decide whether or not Trump could even be prosecuted.

So, on this point, Mehdi Hasan;

A) doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground 🕳️;

and

B) buries the constitutional scandal by blaming Merrick Garland for not running roughshod over the Constitution in order to “LOCK HIM UP!” Which he certainly doesn’t want Trump’s 2nd term AG to do; to anybody.
