Harris County is deep blue, and the GOP has run Texas on the indifference of urban voters for a long time.To clarify a good point from @AnitaCreamer, early voting sites are different than ballot drop off sites, of which there are only one per county. The above is the lone site for ballot drop offs for Harris County’s more than 2 million registered voters.
