I betcha that he takes it on the lam to Russia if he loses. I wouldn't be surprised if he does it before his term ends.
ReplyDeleteI also wonder what the Supremes will do with the kill-the-ACA if they lose big with a Senate that could increase the number of Supremes. My brother said with all that "originalism" in the air originally there were 6 or two for each federal court circuit - I don't know if that's true. I'd thought there should be 15, he wants 26. I say the operative rule for a Democratic majority in a Biden term should be Because We Can.
