There is a livestream here.  ICE is out of control and LAPD/Sheriff are refusing to get them out of the mess they made.

Basically, ICE handled this as poorly as possible, and LAPD just tried to keep it contained. But they left ICE to clean up their mess. It seems ICE did need the National Guard to rescue them. And the Sheriff’s Department to let the NG in to get ICE out.
