There is no "Miracle Mile Shopping Center" in Chicago. There is a commercial corridor known as The Magnificent Mile. It is not quitting (?); vacancy rates are gradually falling from pandemic-era highs. WSJ reported last week: "Shoppers and retailers are returning to the Midwest’s most prominent shopping strip, signaling that a budding recovery is under way on this city’s famed Magnificent Mile." https://wsj.com/real-estate/commercial/the-fight-to-restore-chicagos-magnificent-mile-to-its-glory-days-d8bdfc65?mod=e2tw
I suspect whatever recovery the Magnificent Miracle Mile might be making is going to be halted by the effects of Trump's economic "plan" sooner rather than later. And, of course, in what's left of Trump's mind that will be Pritzker's fault.
