Because I don’t read this as a “general claim,” I read it as a categorical one. AAG Dhillon does not say the applicable statute of limitations doesn’t run on January 6, 2026. She’s saying any such statute will be ignored in the name of retribution. What AAG Dhillon is publicly declaring is that malicious prosecutions will happen despite the barriers of the law. Every one of them were acting in their official capacity as members of the Congress. Even if they committed crimes they'd be immune from prosecution, that is if the Constitution meant anything other than what five or more corrupt, unelected hacks in black say it means.
