But really, it's just gibberish. The man is President of the United States, and he can't form sentences. There isn't even a thought there. It's just words you have to construct the idea of a thought out of. And then you're just putting words in his mouth, because he's so obviously incapable. How, though, does that mean you understood whatever it is he said? You can only imagine you did.
