If nothing else, it's consistent as the mirror image of the "we have to investigate election fraud because people are upset by our hysterical claims that it occurred" argument. I guess we're now going to see stress testing of the theory of gas lighting. No idea how it all shakes out, given the current electorate.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was that lawyers didn't expect such base, craven, disgusting claims would be accepted by judges and juries they wouldn't dare to say it but the law is an ass going wherever the idiotic judicial practices allowed it to go. She's counting on the professional interests of the legal profession getting her out of the sling.
