I can tell you to commit a crime, and when you do it, it’s all on you, because I just told you to do it. And that’s freedom of speech. It’s in the constitution. You could look it up. 👀
Makes you wonder why all those Mafia bosses are supposedly so careful never to directly say: ”Kill Luco Brazi.” They got free speech rights, right?
Or does that protection only apply to politicians?
And besides: ELECTION INTERFERENCE! Elections, “core political speech” (which is apparently anything said by a politician, ever. Or just by Donald Trump, which is all that matters); or having been President, ever, are all sources of absolute immunity from any and all legal consequences, because elections, Presidents, and what politicians say are all sacrosanct in America (especially if Donald Trump is involved). 🇺🇸
