Overlooked in the pre-debate analysis is how easily Trump agreed to the terms, terms which were not at all in his favor. Rather than negotiate at all, he simply agreed. Mr. “Art of the Deal” just signed on the dotted line without so much as reading the first paragraph.
Biden has already won, and the debate hasn’t started.
Campaigning is a job interview. After the first debate, the question should be asked: is Trump capable of negotiating at all? Does he have the skills of a POTUS, or of a five-year old? If this is how he negotiates for himself, what will he do for the country?
