Too many judges being lazy and pretending to not know what bullshit is and dismissing it immediately? Too many appeals courts entertaining bullshit for dishonest reasons? Lawyers who'll tell any lie that they figure will get them what they want? It's not just the Supremes, it's the entire culture of American Law that's out of wack. Maybe that last one should be a question too, but I actually think that's the case.
