Cartoon Of The Day

Private schools are not selective about who they admit, so much as they are selective about who they keep. (High schools are more discriminating about admissions than lower schools.) So private schools can have better stats. They weed out the “drag” on their numbers.

The “voucher schools” that pop up in Texas, after it followed Tennessee’s example, are not going to have the standards of private schools, nor the oversight of public schools (where the school boards are elected and subject to public scrutiny). 🧐 

And the fish keeps rotting from the head: Also true in Texas; and most “red” states. Justice Kavanaugh wants you to know this is fine. (Especially the part where it’s crystal clear these ICE agents have no training whatsoever.) Trump posting that we don’t need the world in 3…2…1….
