I suspect the only ones who will pay are the American taxpayer because I doubt Hegseth or Trump paid the admiral off for taking the responsibility for it. And I'm as sure he got paid off in some way as I am that those two likely wounded men could turn the boat upright and row it to the United States to peddle drugs that I'm sure weren't on it to start with.
