How many no-bills is that? In 22 months (or less?). Somebody should be keeping the record, for posterity.

With maybe an asterisk for the third case against Comey. Charged on the last day of the 10 year period for limitations under the Espionage Act; but without an indictment, which the Act requires in order to use the 10 (versus general statutory five) year period. Hence, the asterisk.*️⃣ 

Two more years of this. That record is going to grow; and hopefully stand for a very long time. Although the damage to the DOJ , and so the nation, is going to be very long term, and not soon repaired. The institutional knowledge alone will take decades to rebuild.
