Mythmaking

Reporter: Bethel, Alaska is an isolated town that can only be reached by plane or boat. People living there say they're used to higher gas and grocery prices, but now both gas and heating oil hover around $8 a gallon. Residents are worried that "if we don't get relief, some of our villages are going to disappear."
Farm subsidies go largely to corporate farms. Less gets to individual farmers.

Message from the White House; “Fuck the farmers. Fuck the rural people. We got ours.”

It’s one week to Election Day.
