Too many tweets, my dear Mozart!

And then, two hours later:

And, of course, "misnomer" in the first appearance is not the right word at all.  Despite his claim he has all the "best words."  But first he meets with the press, and then he appears on videotape to the press?

And yeah, it all looks like this:

And while we're having fun with Twitter, the President's lawyers threatened Michael Wolff and his publisher with a lawsuit, and sought the wholly un-American option of prior restraint (actually the point of telling the story of WaPo and the Pentagon Papers in a Spielberg movie) as a remedy.

The original publication date was January 9.  I don't know how that gets to a bookstore near you by tomorrow, but it is possible it was in transit already to be held until next Tuesday (no, I don't download or buy from Amazon, why do you ask?).   And could the President look like a bigger idiot?

Why yes, yes he could.  The football season ended Sunday.  There are playoff games, and the Super Bowl, but Trump lost that fight over players kneeling.  The owners can't stop 'em, the league can't stop 'em, and nobody cares anymore.  Even his election fraud commission failed because of his ignorance and incompetence:

The refusal was so bipartisan even Kansas couldn't release the data its former Secretary of State's commission was asking for.  State laws, which aren't really partisan on this issue at all, prevailed, not politicians.

As ever, Trump refuses to let anyone take his shovel away.

  1. It is going to get a lot worse before this is over.

I'm not comforted that about a third of the population is OK with this, too many people with a hankering for a fascist strong man, imagine how they'd go for one who wasn't stupid, insane, mentally impaired and charismatic. That's what the billionaires are going to go for next.
