Maybe it's because I'm older than the former Governor, but my memories of the Civil War battle flag (it's not the flag of the Confederacy) is that it was always used as a symbol of hate and racism, long before Dylann Roof was born.
The comment about Roof's attack is just beyond ludicrous. I'm beginning to see why she was attracted to Trump.
