What if everybody stops listening to him? This is the bill he is complaining about:
“This bill is, to its core, bipartisan, reflecting equal input from Republicans and Democrats alike,” said Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Jim Inhofe, R-Okla. “Building on the last two years, this year’s NDAA charts a decisive course of action to implement the National Defense Strategy, regain a credible military deterrent, and ultimately achieve a lasting peace.”
Sen. Elizabeth Warren added an amendment to the bill which is what Trump is complaining about.
Moving through the Senate Armed Services Committee, dominated with Republicans, the amendment passed late Wednesday.Yes, it could still be stripped from the bill. But if it isn't, will he veto the appropriations bill and shut down the DOD until Congress can override his veto?
