I pity the lawyer who takes that "claim" to court and tries to impose prior restraint on Bolton's book in order to block release of it (it's already been published).Trump to reporters: “I will consider every conversation with me as president highly classified. So if [Bolton] wrote a book, and if the book gets out, he’s broken the law."— Mike Levine (@MLevineReports) June 15, 2020
“They’ll soon be in court,” Trump added.

And no, Trump declaring his conversations "classified" doesn't make them so. Besides, unless they block this interview from being broadcast, and "gag" ABC News from even talking about it, they don't have a leg to stand on:

I just sat down with John Bolton, Pres. Trump’s former trusted adviser, for an exclusive one-on-one interview—with no question off limits.

I await the pleadings joining ABC to the suit they've already filed seeking an injunction against the book publisher. But I won't hold my breath.
