...which meant us and others. We weren’t all as selfish as Trump and the GOP imagined. Dan Patrick was wrong:we didn’t want to kill Grandma for a job. We stayed home because it was the right thing to do, and what did government do? Trump promised us tests he never provided, he told us to drink bleach and insert black lights. He refused to wear a mask and ruined a day’s production of swabs needed for covid testing. We expected government to hold up its end and it failed: miserably, totally, catastrophically. So now we take to the streets because we did what we had to and government did nothing. Government failed, and we’ve had enough. Government is out of control and takes no responsibility, so we will force it on them. Do they yet understand?
