By the time someone sued and got a trial date the campaign would have been bled dry by Trump, if not Parscale. Hell, Trump will empty the coffers and throw “Inc.” into bankruptcy just to be sure there’s no liabilities hanging around after.
I wonder if the Trump crime syndicate is betting on Mitch's packing of the federal courts with fascists ruling is way if sued. Or the ones in Oklahoma, I don't know anything about the state courts but doubt they're a beacon of justice.
