Today while circling the Beltway, The People's Convoy became increasingly paranoid over standard commuter cars they believe to be with "antifa." "Six antifa vehicles! Six antifa vehicles," a trucker said over the CB radio. "Keep your heads on a swivel!" another trucker yelled.

Brase wrote that “10,000 to 100,000” supporters would show up for the National Mall encampment. However, when The Daily Beast reported from their Hagerstown encampment at a local speedway two weeks ago, at its peak, no more than 2,000 convoy-goers were present. Since then, the convoy has thinned to about 500 participants sticking it out in the small town nearly two hours north of D.C. proper.
500 paranoid people gathered in one place. What could go wrong?
Vox populi, suckers.A handful of cars with The People's Convoy have made it into DC, are driving around near the National Mall, and getting triggered over residents yelling at them "go home" as they live stream.

The Feds who control the cities; but not the pure hearts of the rural folk. Strict Jeffersonians, no doubt. And the ultimate irony is: the city let them in:One reason they haven't gone inside the city — and avoided other cities on the way to D.C. — is because some of these people think any city is still a burning Antifa wasteland. Others are just avoiding it because they think they'll be instantly arrested by the feds. https://t.co/TbwTCxdDDn

Metro PD is not the feds, so maybe it’s okay. After sitting idle on I-395 for a few hours, seemingly stuck due to exit closures, The People's Convoy received a Metro PD escort. "I am trying to get my officers to help to keep your convoy together," a police officer said over the CB radio.
