This time tomorrow PM, we are going to be really focused on the "engaged in insurrection" arguments, and pretending we hadn't had those crazy flings with "officer OF the United States" and "requires congressional execution."

And the questions of the Colorado lawyers (i.e., the “defending” counsel) on who has the authority to grant ballot access (“Can one state decide?”) ignores that states all have requirements for ballot access which exclude Presidential candidates every year. RFK, Jr. has run up against that right now. The laws were uniformly written to favor Democrats and Republicans, and everyone else is up shit creek.
Which is the primary reason third-party candidates never act as anything but spoilers in some states.
The arguments/concerns of the Justices just sounds like Lindsey Graham with a fit of the vapors crying out for a fainting couch.🛋️
